ヨーガの後は、ジュリア手製のYOGI CHAI(特製ミルクティー)を飲みながら、
英語のフリートーキング。話題はヨーガや健康についてはもちろん、
参加者の興味によりジャンルを問わず自由に何でも。
またジュリアを通して英国文化を楽しみましょう。



About my Classes
I practice and teach gentle
Hatha Yoga, and my classes are suitable for all levels. Everyone is welcome, but I do teach mainly in English, so some English ability is preferable
Students are not required to bring anything. I provide mats and cushions and ask only that students wear stretchy clothing. I also recommend not eating for a couple of hours prior to the lesson.

The class lasts for 2 hours. The first hour and a half is spent on stretching, asanas, relaxation, breathing techniques, and meditation.
This is followed by a 30-minute talk time during which we can get to know one another, practice our language skills and sample my homemade
Yogi Chai.
